Welcome...

Hi, I am DJ Rais, and well, quite frankly I figured that this would be a cool little place to drop some beats on the world. I am from a pretty small town in the State of Washington, and well, I can say that I have never had a music lesson in my life. Everything I create, be it one of my 3 NIN - The Hand That Feeds Remixes (I will put them up shortly for anyone to Download and hopefully tell me what you think..They are as follows:

I have been told both here in this little town and in Seattle, WA that these are exceptionally well done and sound very professional. I don't know about that, but the people that have played them at the local clubs seem to like them too. Let me know what you think when you check them out :)

OK, so I figured that I would check out NIN REMIXES and check out what other people have been doing with the hand that feeds, and lo-and-behold I found out that now Trent has released "Only" to those of use that would have our way with it. Thanks Trent! I look forward to making some more unique remixes of your fantastic work!

Anyway, I got sidetracked there. I have downloaded the top 10 rated remixes of The Hand That feeds, and quite honestly out of the 6 that I have listened to so far, only two standout as amazing and they are by someone that calls themselves "Top 40". You can download these two songs (here (Lithium Mix) and here (Jackles Mix). This user has some others here, but I wasn't nearly as impressed with the other mixes.

Alright, so I also have 2 other remixes I am working on, they are called "Slim Shady Hustle" and "Lotta Bitches In Here Tonight". Thing is I have somehow managed to screw up my machine and I am missing some sound files grrr. These two tracks are on hold until I take the time to get that fixed (Probably just by a new computer and install again :) )

Anyway, that's it for the first post on my new blog...Support DJ Rais!!! If I get enough interest in the stuff I start putting out I will make it available on CD-ROM for a nominal fee...
